Install Lime Connect (formerly Userlike) as an App on Your Computer and Phone

Why install Lime Connect (formerly Userlike) as an app? 
Installing Lime Connect as an app allows for quicker access, a better user experience, and real-time notifications, just like a standard application. 

Installation on Windows (via Edge or Chrome) 

1. Open Lime Connect (formerly Userlike) in Edge or Chrome. 

2. Click on the install icon in the address bar (a download icon or a square with a “+”): 

3. Confirm the installation. ➡️ A shortcut will be automatically added to your desktop:

4. Once the app is open and you’re logged in, allow notifications if prompted. 

Installation on mobile (Android / iOS) 

1. Open Userlike in Edge or Chrome. 

2. Tap the browser’s menu or share button. 

3. Select “Add to Home Screen.” 

4. Once the icon is created, open the app and allow notifications if prompted: 

Installation on Mac (Safari - macOS 14 and above) 

1. Open Userlike in Safari. 

2. Click “Add to Dock” from the share button. 

3. Launch the app from your dock. 

4. Enable notifications if the system prompts you. 

On older versions of macOS (before Sonoma), this option may not be available natively. 

BONUS: Launch Userlike automatically at startup (Windows only) 

1. Press Win + R, type shell:startup, and hit Enter. 

2. Copy and paste the Userlike shortcut (from your desktop) into that folder. ✅ Userlike will now launch automatically every time you start your computer.
