How to make a new request for Inscription Stimulus ?

This form centralizes all the information necessary for the initial setup of the Stimulus Inscription platform. By completing it, you allow internal support to configure all the technical elements required for:

• Client creation
• Site creation (schedule)
• Intervention type creation
• Registering practitioners
• Generating your administrator access

Once submitted, this form automatically generates a request ticket to the Human & Work by TELUS Health support, which will handle the setup and contact you with all your credentials and access links. 

You will then be responsible for scheduling your time slots on the newly created schedule. As the tool has some technical aspects, we ask that you carefully review each section of the provided guide before starting to schedule your time slots.
