Under certain conditions, Human & Work's internal IT support may need to directly access your computer. To do this, the technician uses AnyDesk, a secure remote control tool. The technician will ask you to download an executable file on your computer to effectively address your support request.
For any intervention, please make sure to collaborate only with a Human & Work technician (see below).
By downloading and using AnyDesk at the request of Human & Work IT support, you acknowledge and agree that:
The technician may temporarily access and operate on your professional or personal computer strictly within the scope of your support request.
This intervention will be conducted under your supervision and in accordance with internal IT security policies.
Human & Work disclaims any liability for accidental loss or modification of data on your device during this assistance.
