Here are the steps to add a Microsoft 365 account to the Mail app on your iPhone:
Check your iOS version
Make sure you have the latest version of iOS. This guide was written based on version 18.1, and some steps may vary if you are using an earlier or later version. To check or update your iPhone:- Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

Access account management
- On the home screen, open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and select Apps, then Mail.
- Tap on Mail Accounts.
Add an account
- Tap Add Account.
- From the list of account types, select Microsoft Exchange.
- Tap Add Account.
Enter your information
- Enter your professional email address.
- Add a description (e.g., "Human&Work/Talentis email").
- Tap Next.
Authentication and additional settings
- A window will open to automatically configure your account and request additional authentication details. Click on Sign In:
