Modifié le  Ven, 12 Juill., 2024 à 2:40 H

The company's security policy requires mandatory password changes every 180 days for a Human & Work account.

This article concerns your business account that you use to authenticate:
- On a Windows session on your computer;
- To access wired or Wi-Fi networks within the company premises;
- On Microsoft Office 365 products (from Teams to Outlook to Word, PowerPoint, or Excel);
- On the VPN provided by bi.

To change your password from the Office 365 portal:

1. Log in to your Office 365 account using your existing password.

2. Select your profile at the top right of the window, then select View Account.

3. Select Security & Privacy > Password.

4. Enter your old password, create a new password and confirm it, then click Submit.

You will then be prompted to re-authenticate with Microsoft products on your various devices, change the password for VPN access, and Wi-Fi network access.

To change it from your company-provided computer with an open Windows session:

1. Simultaneously press the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys on the keyboard.

2. Click on "Change a password".

3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm it.

4. Press Enter to validate.

It is important to note that this second method only works if you are connected to the company's network or via your VPN.

Reminder of the complexity criteria for an acceptable password:

1. Contains at least 10 characters
2. Contains at least one uppercase letter
3. Contains at least one lowercase letter
4. Contains at least one special character
5. Contains at least one number
6. Does not contain the name of a group brand
7. Is different from the last three passwords used
