1. What is Letsignit?
Letsignit is a tool that allows centralized and automatic email signature management. It integrates with Microsoft 365 to apply consistent professional signatures in Outlook.
2. Using Letsignit in Outlook (Classic, Webmail, and New Outlook)
Accessing the add-in:
Open Outlook.
Click on New Mail.
In the ribbon of the new email, look for the Letsignit icon.
Logging in:
Click the Letsignit icon.
If you’re not logged in, a window will open prompting you to sign in via Microsoft 365.
Authenticate using your professional Microsoft 365 account (SSO).
Verifying / Refreshing:
Once connected, your signature should appear in the add-in window.
If it doesn’t appear, click the refresh icon within the add-in.
Inserting and selecting a signature:
The signature should insert automatically into new emails, but if it's not, you can do it manually.
If you have multiple signatures, you can select the one to use via the add-in, then click Add this signature.
To set a default signature, click on the one you want and choose Set as default signature.
